We got our USCIS approval in the mail today! I am so happy. This is really going to happen. The girls will be coming HOME!!

Lloyd and Deena Licht

Deena Licht: My name is Deena Licht. I am married to Lloyd. I am apprenticing to become a midwife. We have 7 children. Matthew, is grown and in the US Marines. He is married to Aleasha and they have a beautiful son, Matthew jr. Our next child is Brandon, he is 16. Then we have Jacob who is 9. He has Asperger Syndrome, a form of autism. Then we had Chloe, she is 4. In August of 2008, we adopted our foster daughter, Sarah. She is 6. In April of 2010, we added Leah, 12, and Rebekah (Susha), 11, to our family We adopted her through foster care and we knew we would adopt again, because there is such a need. Every child deserves a home. We wanted to wait a few years, for when I finished my training and began practicing. We were going to adopt though the state again. When I saw XXXX, those plans all changed. Lloyd works full time. I go to prenatal appointments 1-2 days a month and go to 2-3 births a month. When I start practicing, I will be only taking 2 clients a months and will do prenatal appointments at a home office, so I will be able to continue to be home with the children.
